Chantal Santana

Chantal Santana, the Director of Operations at OSI Global IT (OSI Hardware), oversees a team of 20+ employees, implements strategic plans to optimize production processes, manages relationships with external partners, and analyzes departmental performance metrics for improvement. As a Purchasing Manager, Santana developed purchasing strategies, maintained supplier relationships, and negotiated pricing. In the role of Sales Support, Santana sourced data networking equipment and ensured timely delivery. Currently, at UNEDA, Santana serves on the Board of Directors to promote industry best practices within a network equipment dealer alliance. Previous experience includes operations at Tiffany & Co. Santana is an alumna of The Manchester Metropolitan University.
