Jared La Rue is a seasoned software management professional currently serving as the Software Program Director at OSI Maritime Systems since August 2025, where responsibilities include leading software development efforts and ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives. With prior experience as a Software Development Manager at Improving and Bit Quill Technologies, Jared oversaw large-scale enterprise data connectivity projects. Previously, as a Senior Solutions Architect at Boeing Vancouver, Jared provided technical leadership for aviation systems modernization and data analytics, creating innovative solutions that enhanced global aviation safety. Jared's career began at MDA, progressing from junior software engineer to project engineer, contributing to systems for the U.S. Department of Defense and commercial aviation. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
