Jon Nicholson

Jon Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon began their career in the Royal Navy, where they held various roles such as Weapon Engineering Officer and Sea Riding Officer. During their time in the Navy, they gained valuable experience in training, assessment, and operational readiness of ships and weapon systems.

After leaving the Royal Navy, Jon worked for the UK Ministry of Defence, where they served as a Requirements Manager and later as a Through Life Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing complex procurement programs and enterprise gateways.

Currently, Jon is associated with OSI Maritime Systems as the Vice President of Systems Delivery. Jon joined the company as the Director of Program Management and subsequently became the VP of Operations before assuming their current role. In their position, they are accountable to the CEO for all business outputs and is responsible for delivering integrated navigation and tactical solutions to military customers. Their expertise includes project leadership and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jon Nicholson has a Master of Science (MSc) degree with a focus on Management and Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
