Mike Ball has extensive work experience in business development and sales roles. Mike worked at OSI Maritime Systems as the Director of Business Development for Europe & South America, and prior to that as a Business Development Executive. At QinetiQ, they were responsible for business development and sales in South East Asia and Europe for International Mission Systems. At Babcock International Group PLC, they served as both the Brasil Country Manager and the Business Development lead for the Marine & Technology Division, focusing on Brazil and South America. Mike also held business development roles at Northrop Grumman Information Systems Europe, where they covered Canada, Americas, and Europe & NATO accounts. Earlier in their career, they served in the Royal Navy as a Commander and as the Defence Crisis Management Centre Site Manager, and at the MoD DCSA as an Ops Plans CRM.
Mike Ball attended St Paul's School in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 1966 to 1972. Afterward, they pursued a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College in Manadon from 1979 to 1982.
