Julio Salvador Jácome

Julio Salvador Jácome is General Manager of Osinergmin. He has been in charge of the Planning Department of the electric transmission company Etecen. In addition, he has served as an advisor to senior management at the Ministry of Energy and Mines and was Director of the company SEAL electrical distribution Arequipa.

He began his career at Osinergmin in 2001 as a supervisor of Electrical Inspection Management. Later, he served as Head of Planning and Control. In 2002 he held the position of Liquid Hydrocarbon Supervision Manager and from 2007 to 2012 he assumed the position of Natural Gas Supervision Manager. He is currently a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National Engineering University (UNI).

Julio Salvador is an electrical mechanical engineer from the UNI with a master's degree in Systems Engineering from the same university, an MBA from the ESAN University, and a Doctor (DBA) in Business Administration and Management from the ESADE/Ramón Llull University of Spain.
