Alan Friedman

Alan is a South African-trained lawyer and public markets entrepreneur. He has been involved with North American public markets for over 15 years and played an integral role in acquisitions, financings and go-public transactions for many resource companies onto TSX and AIM. Alan is a Co-founder and Director of TSX-V listed Eco (Atlantic) Oil and Gas Ltd. and a co-founder of Auryx Gold Corp. He is also a director of the Canada-Southern Africa Chamber of Business.
