Project Geologist at Osino Resources

Johannes Sales is a project geologist at Osino Resources. Prior to their current position, they worked as a laboratory assistant at the University of Namibia, a student intern at Weatherly International PLC, and a student intern at Rio Tinto Mining & Exploration Namibia.

Johannes Sales has a long history of working with minerals and ore. Johannes started their career as a laboratory assistant at the University of Namibia, where they worked with minerals and ore on a daily basis. From there, they became a student intern at Weatherly International PLC, where they were responsible for grade control ore spotting and drilling supervision. Finally, they interned at Rio Tinto Mining & Exploration Namibia, where they were responsible for diamond drilling supervision, core logging, geotechnical logging, core sampling, and geological mapping.

Johannes Sales is currently a project geologist at Osino Resources. In their current position, they are responsible for managing the exploration and development of mineral deposits. Johannes has a wealth of experience with minerals and ore, and is an asset to the Osino Resources team.

Sales received their MS in Economic Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Johannes also holds a drilling certificate from Colin Rice Exploration Drilling Advisory and a BSc in Geology/Earth Science, General, from the University of Namibia. Johannes attended Jan Mohr Secondary School for their Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate in Physical Sciences and Augustineum Secondary School for their Namibia Junior Secondary Certificate.

They are on a team with Theresia Malobela - Senior Exploration Geologist, Ndeenda Johannes'shoono - Database Geologist, and Malakia Iindombo - Project Geologist. Johannes Sales reports to Wynand Slabbert, Exploration Manager.
