Heidi Gerner is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at OSIS. Heidi has held various leadership roles within the company, including Chief Member Services Officer and Senior Director of NextGen Services and Product Development. Prior to joining OSIS, Heidi worked at Path Forward as a Project Developer and at Cembex Care Solutions as an Office Coordinator. Heidi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati.
