Matthew Quigley, P.Eng. has a strong background in mining engineering, with experience working in various roles at different companies. Matthew began their career in 2011 as a Mining Engineering Student at Aecon Mining, where they gained valuable skills in data analysis, project coordination, and bid preparation. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Project Coordinator at Aecon Mining. Matthew then went on to serve as a Mining Engineering Intern at Tata Steel Minerals Canada Ltd. in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, Matthew worked as a Research Assistant at McGill University. In 2017, they joined Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd, initially as a Junior Engineer in Resources and Mine Planning before progressing to Manager and ultimately Director of Project Evaluations.
Matthew Quigley, P.Eng. obtained their education primarily from McGill University. From 2008 to 2014, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mining and Materials Engineering from McGill University. Following this, they pursued further education and from 2014 to 2016, they completed their Master's Degree in Mining and Materials Engineering from the same institution.
