Siva Ganesh Kakileti has a strong background in engineering and quality assurance.

Siva Ganesh is currently working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Osler Diagnostics since July 2023.

Prior to that, they held the position of Senior R&D QA Engineer at CooperVision from April 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining CooperVision, Siva worked as a Senior Design Engineer at BD from June 2020 to January 2022.

In 2019, they joined L&T Technology Services Limited as a Senior Engineer, where they were deployed for Natus Medical Inc to drive projects and support R&D activities. Siva Ganesh also mentored the team and provided necessary training to ensure the delivery of quality project documentation. Siva Ganesh'stenure at L&T Technology Services Limited lasted from February 2019 to June 2020.

From July 2016 to December 2018, Siva worked as a Member Technical Staff at HCL Technologies.

Siva Ganesh'sprofessional journey began in 2014 when they joined iLenSys Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Associate Consultant, a position they held until July 2016.

Siva Ganesh Kakileti began their education in 2006 at Government Polytechnic College, where they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Siva Ganesh completed this program in 2009. Following this, they furthered their education at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
