Annette Perlmutter

Annette Perlmutter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and business solutions. Currently serving as Senior Change Adoption Manager at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since February 2014, Annette is responsible for developing and executing change management plans for firm-wide initiatives. Previous roles at the same firm include Change Enablement Manager and Change Management Specialist, where leadership and strategic planning were pivotal in driving adoption and minimizing business disruption. Prior to this, Annette held positions at Intellectual Design as Client Success Manager and at IBM Global Business Services as Senior Learning and Change Management Consultant, receiving multiple accolades including IBM Service Excellence Awards. Educational qualifications include a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology and Linguistics from Western University and a B.Ed in High School Mathematics and Individual and Society from the University of Toronto.
