Katharina G. Andresen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board governance and sustainability. Currently, Katharina serves as a Board Member and Board Observer for Ferd AS, and holds advisory positions as a member of the Board of Advisors for Oslo Pride and as a Board Member for JA Europe. Previously, Katharina was the Environment- and Sustainability Officer for Sales & Chain Operation at Mestergruppen AS, and worked in various marketing and consulting roles, including being a Market Coordinator at Brav and an intern at EY. Katharina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Global Management (Leadership & Change) from Regent's University London, complemented by business courses from Harvard Business School Online and a summer program in Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Oslo Pride
Oslo Pride is Norway’s largest celebration of queer love and diversity. A ten-day long festival where everyone can be exactly who they are. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ Oslo Pride has been held annually since 1982 and is today Norway’s largest festival for queer people with 70,000 visitors annually. Oslo Pride wants to help people live their lives freely, regardless of sex, gender identity, or sexuality, without being faced with discrimination, threats, or violence. During the festival, we want to show that the differences that make us all unique enrich society. Oslo Pride is a non-profit organization run on a voluntary basis. We work to arrange Pride House (a political debate arena with current queer themes), Pride Park (a festival area with concerts and a bustling crowd), Pride Parade (a parade where we color the streets of Oslo in the colors of the rainbow) and Pride Square (a venue dedicated to queer performing arts) during the festival week.
