Arnold Fortuna

Arnold Fortuna is an experienced recruitment and crewing manager with a background in marine engineering. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at OSM Maritime Group since January 2021, Arnold also holds the position of Crewing Manager at OSM Philippines, Inc. since August 2016, overseeing HR functions for dry conventional vessels. Additionally, Arnold has been an HR Marine Manager at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement since January 2014, responsible for monitoring staffing requirements and conducting final interviews for officer and engineer applicants. Arnold holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Careers Academy, attended from 1996 to 2000.
