Dorthe Karlsen is a seasoned professional in maritime crew management and recruitment with extensive experience in global sourcing and training administration. Currently serving as Global Recruitment Manager at OSM Maritime Group since January 2017, Dorthe has been involved in international crew management, business development, and the implementation of the digital sourcing system CREWMATCH.
