Georgia Demetriou

Georgia Demetriou is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in maritime law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Group Legal Counsel at OSM Maritime Group since August 2015, Georgia has previously held the positions of Legal Advisor at FBME Card Services Ltd and Advocate at Montanios & Montanios LLC. Additionally, Georgia has contributed to maritime education as a Special Visiting Staff Lecturer in Shipping Law at Frederick University Cyprus since September 2011. Prior roles include Legal Officer at the Cyprus Union of Shipowners and an internship at the European Commission's DG MOVE. Georgia holds an LLM in International Maritime Law from Swansea University and an LL.B in Law from The University of Sheffield.
