Jorge Edward Chang has extensive experience in finance and operations, with key roles in companies such as OSM Thome, Linde Gas Asia Pte Ltd, and Linde Philippines Inc. Jorge Edward has held positions such as Head of Finance - Philippines, Programme Manager - HPO & Performance Transformation, Service Quality Manager, Procure to Pay Manager, and Order-to-Cash Manager. Jorge is a strategic leader who has successfully established and stabilized shared service center operations and managed customer service centers on a national level.

Jorge Edward Chang obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
