Mary Joy dela Cruz

Mary Joy Dela Cruz has over 15 years of experience in human resources and support services within the maritime industry. Currently serving as General Manager for HR & Support Services at OSM Maritime Group since July 2012, Mary Joy has held various roles including Head of HR, Admin & Crewing Support at OSM Philippines, Fleet Manager for Crewing Operations, Business Process Improvement Manager, and HR Manager. Prior to joining OSM, Mary Joy was an HR Business Partner at Maersk Filipinas Inc from June 2008 to July 2012. Mary Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2008, and a Secondary Education degree from Colegio San Agustin - Binan, obtained in 2004.
