Nina Bøe

Nina Bøe has over two decades of experience in various HR and management roles within the maritime industry. Nina served as a Vice President of Human Resources at OSM Maritime Group, HR & Crew Manager at CGG Eidesvik Ship Management AS, HR Manager at Swire Seabed AS, and Crew Manager at DOF Management AS/Geoshipping AS. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Manager and HSE & QA Advisor at Aker Solutions. Nina's expertise includes personnel management, recruitment, laws and regulations, HSE, and quality system development.

Nina Bøe received their Engineer's degree in Electronics from NKI Ingeniørhøgskolen, Bergen in 1989. Nina further pursued studies in Financial accounting, Business Administration, Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 1999 and 2011. In 2016, Nina specialized in Labor Law at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Additionally, they obtained certifications in Internal ISM Auditor, ISM Code, and MLC Code from DNV GL in 2012, and other quality management certifications from European Organization for Quality and QMCe.
