Russ Geraci

Russ Geraci has worked in the Supply Chain industry for over 13 years. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Transportation and Senior Manager Network Optimization at OSM Worldwide. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Supply Chain Functional Expert/Project Manager/Logistics Manager at Mars, where they managed current and future Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Projects, provided training and mentoring to the Supply Chain Team, and served as a Supply Chain Project leader across all Supply functions. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Supply Chain Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they identified, designed, and executed end-to-end supply chain solutions and minimized risk exposure, supply chain loss, and improved critical KPIs. From 2008 to 2015, they were a Sr. Supply Planner at Kraft Foods Group, where they designed and executed APO organization-wide and devised master plans to balance demand forecasts with cost levels, efficiency, and capacity limits. Russ also acted as a team player and collaborative partner across the marketing, sales, external supplier, internal plants, and finance functional areas. Prior to that, they were a Module Inventory Planner, VMI Analyst, and Customer Supply Chain Manager at Kraft Foods from 2008 to 2015.

Russ Geraci holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago - Graduate College.
