William Sweeney

Director Customer Experience at OSM Worldwide

William Sweeney has a long and varied career in the logistics and customer experience industries. William began their career in 1974 as a Soldier in the US Army, followed by a stint as a US Marine from 1984-1987. In 1987, they joined DHL eCommerce Solutions as a Senior Employee, performing a range of courier duties from delivery to assisting customers with customs documents. In 2017, they began a consulting role as Principal Consultant with WRS Consulting LLC, concentrating on delivery solution development and performance management. In 2018, they took on two additional roles: Director of Business Development - Parcel with Ram International, A Flat World Holdings Company, and Director with Flat World Global Solutions, LLC. In 2021, they began their current role as Director Customer Experience and National Account Manager with OSM Worldwide.

William Sweeney attended The University of Toledo for International/Global Studies. In 1984-1985, they attended the USMC Staff Non-Commissioned Officers Academy and graduated with a degree in Applied Management, Military Law, Advanced Training Management, Personnel Administration, and Advanced Leadership. In 1974-1975, they attended the Naval School of Music and graduated with a degree in Instrumental Music, Music Theory, Military Training, and Basic Leadership.
