Anthony Finlay, PMP has a diverse work experience. Anthony started their career as a Foreman at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. in May 2001, where they worked until April 2002. Anthony then moved up to the position of Field Supervisor from May 2002 to April 2003. Anthony then served as a Project Coordinator from May 2003 to May 2004. Anthony was then promoted to District Manager/Manager Operations from May 2004 to May 2006. From May 2006 to November 2013, Anthony worked as a Project Manager at Osmose. During this time, they gained significant experience in planning, coordinating, and budgeting activities on large or complex projects. In November 2013, they were further promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager. Finally, Anthony was recently appointed as the Director Project Management Specialist at Osmose in November 2020. Throughout their work experience, they have been responsible for overseeing project organization, scheduling, and implementation, as well as interfacing with customers and representing Osmose regarding their projects. Before joining Osmose, Anthony worked as a Silviculture District Technician at Southern New Brunswick Wood Co-Operative from April 1997 to September 2001.

Anthony Finlay, PMP has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick, which they obtained from 1987 to 1993. In 1996 to 1997, they attended the Maritime College of Forest Technology, where they pursued studies in Forest Technology, although no specific degree was mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2009. In May 2016, they became a certified user of Smartsheet, and in January 2020, they also achieved the certification of Smartsheet Product Certified User.
