Jason Weeks has a diverse range of work experience in project management roles. From 2019 at Osmose, they served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing wood pole inspection, treatment, and reinforcement projects for large utilities. Jason successfully turned around a critical customer account, improving profitability by $1.7 million within one year. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, Jason worked at Faith Technologies, Inc. as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, managing electrical construction projects and coordinating trades, subcontracts, and change orders. Additionally, Jason has experience in the military as an Operations Officer, Battalion S4, Company Commander, Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader in various roles related to logistics, property management, and leadership.

Jason Weeks' education history begins in 2003 when they attended East Coweta High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2007. Following that, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Auburn University's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering.

In terms of further education, Jason is currently enrolled in Auburn University's Harbert College of Business, where they will be graduating in 2024.
