Justin Goodrich has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Justin began their career in 2001 in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Staff Sergeant until 2007. Following this, they joined the Columbus Consolidated Government as a Police Officer from 2007 to 2014. In 2010, they also joined the Air National Guard as a Technical Sergeant, serving until 2015.

In 2014, Justin ventured into entrepreneurship and established their own business, GOODRICH & SONS LLC, where they served as the Business Owner until the present day.

In 2017, Justin joined Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. and held various roles within the company. Justin started as a Foreman from 2017 to 2018, then transitioned to become a Training Instructor for a brief period in 2018. Subsequently, they became a Field Supervisor from 2018 to 2020 and is currently the Operations Manager at the company.

Justin Goodrich received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from American Military University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Justin also earned two Associate of Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology and Criminal Justice and Corrections, respectively. In addition to their formal education, Goodrich holds certifications in Combat Arms Training & Maintenance Instructor (CATM) from the United States Air Force and Georgia P.O.S.T. from the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC).
