Kurt Petterle

Kurt Petterle currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Osmow's Mediterranean, focusing on US development for corporate and franchise restaurants since August 2025. Previously, Kurt held the position of Chief Operating Officer at DMD Chicken, LLC, where the responsibility involved developing 45 Big Chicken restaurants in Florida from January 2023 to September 2025. As the Owner and Restaurant Consultant at Synergy Management Solutions, LLC from October 2010 to January 2023, Kurt specialized in enhancing operational aspects for clients, overseeing over 55 restaurant openings, and managing various facets of restaurant operations. Prior experience also includes the role of Operations Support Manager at Smashburger, where oversight of both corporate and franchise locations in Florida was a key responsibility from January 2014 to August 2017. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.
