Gabriel Lanza has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries and roles. Gabriel is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at OSO Home Care, Inc., where they have previously held the position of Human Resources & Accounting Manager. In this role, they successfully revamped the compensation program and led the organization in achieving accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. Prior to their current role, Gabriel worked at Plethora Businesses as the Director of Human Resources & Equal Opportunity Officer. During their time there, they played a critical role in managing strategic planning, budgeting, recruitment, and various other HR responsibilities. Gabriel's earlier experience includes working at Farmers Insurance as a Field Claims Supervisor, where they achieved Top Talent awards and developed a successful onboarding program for new hires. Gabriel also worked as a Financial Analyst at A Premier In Services, Inc. and served in the United States Air Force as a Human Resources Manager and Staff Sergeant, overseeing HR operations and providing training and coaching on various HR programs.

Gabriel Lanza, MSHRM, PHR, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources Management. Gabriel earned a Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Southern California in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, and Law from Chapman University. Gabriel also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

In addition to their academic achievements, Gabriel has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Gabriel obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in October 2021, indicating their expertise in HR practices and principles. Gabriel also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2022. Furthermore, Gabriel has a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021.

Aside from their educational and professional certifications, Gabriel has also pursued personal interests outside of their career. Gabriel holds an Open Water Diver certification from PADI, indicating their passion for underwater exploration.
