Farah Farougi has a rich and diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Farah is currently the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Osool Integrated Real Estate Co., where they oversee a wide range of real estate assets. Prior to this, Farah founded and served as the CEO of Hues Of Scents, a company specializing in sensory and scent marketing. Farah also worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant for FFConsulting, where they developed strategies for start-ups and SMEs in the UAE and KSA.
Farah's experience includes leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Philips, where they served as the Head of Marketing KSA and contributed to significant sales growth. Farah also held the position of Head of Marketing at Al Mathaaq, leading the development and execution of marketing plans for multiple restaurant brands. Earlier in their career, Farah worked as a Marketing Manager at Emaar Middle East LLC and as a Communication Manager at Leo Burnett, where they managed strategic campaigns for international clients.
In their early career, Farah gained experience as an Account Executive at Foote, Cone & Belding and as a Junior Account Executive at Lowe World Wide. Through their various roles, Farah has demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a strong track record of driving results.
Farah Farougi فرح فاروقي attended York University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the London School of Business. In 2014, Farah completed two executive education programs at Harvard Business School, specializing in Strategic Management of Growth Companies and Managing Yourself and Leading Others, both in the field of Business Administration and Management.
