Rafael Carol

Rafael Carol is an experienced executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at Osool Integrated Real Estate Co. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Portfolio Asset Manager at Asteco Property Management from July 2018 to April 2024, and at KAIZEN Asset Management Services from February 2016 to July 2018. Rafael also managed portfolios at PLACE Community Managers from January 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included consultancy for key financial documents. Earlier professional milestones include co-founding H&J SA in Switzerland and serving as Operations Manager at both Dreier Oenotech SA and General Motors.
