Greg King, CFA

Greg King, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Greg is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Osprey Funds since January 2019. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Executive Chairman of REX Shares, LLC, an independent sponsor of ETFs, from January 2015 onwards. At REX Shares, Greg specialized in creating investment vehicles that address specific challenges in investor portfolios. Before founding REX Shares, they were the EVP, Head of Product Development and Strategic Ventures at Global X Management Company from May 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Exchange Traded Products at Credit Suisse from May 2011 to April 2014. Greg's earlier roles include Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of VelocityShares from June 2009 to April 2011, and Head of iPath & Advisor Solutions at Barclays Capital from June 2004 to June 2009. Additionally, they covered clients in the UK, Middle East, and South Africa for equity derivatives and structured investments at Barclays Capital from August 2002 to June 2004. Greg's expertise and leadership in the ETF industry make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Greg King, CFA received their B.A. in Business Administration from Pacific Union College, graduating in 1996. Greg then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management, graduating in 2002.
