Edward Gavin

Edward Gavin is the current Vice President of Global Operations at Osprey Packs. Edward has previously held positions at companies such as adidas group and Under Armour.

Gavin has over 13 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. Edward began their career at adidas group, where they spent 9 years in various roles including Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager Footwear Sourcing, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Manager Global Supply Planning Footwear. In these roles, Gavin was responsible for overseeing Adidas' operations in Vietnam, driving manufacturing efficiency, and aligning with suppliers on investment plans and machinery focus.

In 2012, Gavin left adidas group to join Under Armour as their Senior Director of Global Supply Planning. In this role, they were responsible for managing Make to Forecast Orders, collaborating with Boston Consulting Group and Global IT, and defining KPI's, timelines, and process maps for all existing and "To Be" functions. Edward was also responsible for extending the Risk Buy process to include a Make to Stock Replenishment model.

In 2016, Gavin left Under Armour to join Osprey Packs as their Vice President of Global Operations. In this role, they is responsible for overseeing the company's global operations and ensuring a high level of delivery performance.

Edward Gavin has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
