Robert BonDurant is the current Vice President of Marketing at Osprey Packs. Prior to their current position, BonDurant served as the Chief Marketing Officer at yurbuds for seven months, the Director of Marketing at Patagonia for four years, and the Director of Global Marketing at Deckers Outdoor Corporation for six years.
BonDurant began their marketing career as the Director of Global Marketing at HARMAN International, where they were responsible for directing all aspects of global marketing for the headphone divisions of JBL, Harman- Kardon, AKG, Infiniti, and yurbuds. In this role, they were also responsible for establishing international brand values, standards, and creative presentations for all global and emerging markets.
After seven months at HARMAN International, BonDurant became the Chief Marketing Officer at yurbuds, where they were responsible for developing and implementing effective and measurable email marketing strategies including contact strategy, segmentation/targeting, triggered campaigns, geotargeting efforts and on-going optimization to drive house file customer list growth and maximize online sales.
After seven months at yurbuds, BonDurant became the Director of Marketing at Patagonia, where they oversaw all aspects of marketing including sales, customer experience, public policy, media relations, promotion, web and electronic services. In this role, they were responsible for developing Patagonia’s first ever global marketing strategy and executing it across all channels.
After four years at Patagonia, BonDurant became the Director of Global Marketing at Deckers Outdoor Corporation, where they oversaw all aspects of global marketing for the company’s brands including UGG®, Teva®, Sanuk®, Ahnu®, and HOKA ONE ONE®. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing Deckers’ global marketing strategy as well as managing all global marketing budgets.
After six years at Deckers Outdoor Corporation, BonDurant became the Vice President of Marketing at Osprey Packs. In their current role, they is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing including product development, advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and ecommerce.
