Katherine Birch

Katherine Birch is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Capability Manager at OSPRI since October 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Trade Me from October 2020 to October 2024, including HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. At Air New Zealand, Katherine worked as an HR Business Partner from November 2018 to October 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Head of HR at NZX Limited from June 2013 to November 2018 and as an HR Consultant at Aurecon from 2009 to 2013. Katherine Birch holds a degree from Massey University.
