Jill Schiaparelli

Jill Schiaparelli, MBA, is a seasoned executive in the medical device and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as CEO & President and Co-Founder of Avation Medical since July 2018, where innovative bladder control therapy is being developed. In addition, Jill is a board member at OssDsign, and serves as Principal at JS Strategic Partners LLC, providing strategic consulting across various health-related industries. Previous roles include CEO & President at InteloMed, Inc., and Chief Marketing Officer at AxoGen, Inc., along with significant contributions at Johnson & Johnson in various global marketing and strategic positions. Jill holds an MBA in Finance and Business Management from NYU Stern School of Business, a BS in Finance and International Management from Boston University, and completed a Women's Leadership Executive Program at Smith College.
