Viviana Lopes

Viviana Lopes is a highly experienced researcher and scientist with expertise in clinical and medical affairs, nanotoxicology, and environmental health. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at OssDsign since September 2019, Viviana Lopes facilitates communication across internal teams and is responsible for clinical documentation. In addition, Viviana Lopes is a Visiting Researcher at Uppsala University, contributing to ongoing research efforts. Previous roles include Senior Researcher at Uppsala University, where responsibilities included assessing the impact of nanomaterials on human health and supervising students. With a PhD in Biology from Universidade do Porto and a background in research and project management across various esteemed institutions, Viviana Lopes has also published work in scientific journals and has experience in teaching and training junior researchers.
