Andrea Gaschi currently serves as a Senior Manager at Methodos, a DIGITAL360 company, focusing on helping organizations develop value propositions and foster innovation through employee engagement. Since January 2006, Andrea has been a Senior Advisor at Osservatori Digital Innovation, specializing in corporate entrepreneurship and the adoption of blockchain technologies, along with serving as a Research Fellow managing the ICT Channel Observatory. Prior experience includes a role as Partner and People & Innovation Practice Leader at Partners4Innovation, where the emphasis was on transforming innovation processes and supporting various aspects of corporate entrepreneurship and business agility.
