Claudio Dell'Era

Claudio Dell'Era is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in design thinking and strategy. Since March 2011, Claudio has held multiple roles at Politecnico di Milano, currently serving as Professor of Design Thinking for Business and Associate Professor of Design Strategy. Additionally, Claudio has been the Research Director for the FUTURES Observatory since January 2017, focusing on innovative future design approaches, and has also led the Design Thinking for Business Observatory. Claudio co-founded the LEADIN' Lab at the POLIMI School of Management in June 2017 and serves as Co-Director of the MaDe In Lab at MIP Politecnico di Milano. Claudio's educational background includes a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2003, and a PhD candidacy from 2003 to 2007, with a visiting research position at Said Business School in 2005-2006.
