Emanuele Madini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational and digital innovation, currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Partner at P4I - Partners4Innovation. Emanuele co-founded and leads the "People & Innovation" Practice, focusing on Smart Working strategies that enhance organizational models, technology frameworks, and physical spaces. Additionally, Emanuele holds a Senior Manager position at Methodos, contributing to HR functions and organizational identity, while also advising on data-driven HR innovations. Emanuele has been a Senior Advisor at Osservatori Digital Innovation and a Lecturer at Politecnico di Milano, sharing expertise in Smart Working and HR Transformation.
