Jamie Peterson

Jamie Peterson is a highly skilled Senior Medical Illustrator at Osso VR, with experience progressing from Associate Medical Illustrator to Medical Illustrator since September 2020. Previously, Jamie served as an AVID Tutor at Poway Unified School District, focusing on tutoring middle and high school students, particularly in sciences and guiding them through the college application and financial aid processes. Additional roles include a Teaching Assistant at Palomar College, where Jamie taught various painting techniques, and a position as Interim Graphic Designer and Public Relations Supervisor at The Carolyn Campagna Kleefeld Contemporary Art Museum. Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Medical and Biological Illustration from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from California State University, Long Beach, complemented by an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science from Palomar College.
