Joana Nano

Joana Nano has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joana started their career in 2013 as an English Teacher at the Institute of Foreign Languages "Europa". In 2013, they also worked as a Floor Manager at CALLNET Group. Joana then moved on to Qëndra Kombëtare e Biznesit (QKB) in 2015, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the General Director. Joana further expanded their administrative skills in 2016 when they became an Executive Assistant to the General Director at Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Tatimeve - DPT. In 2017, they transitioned into a role as a Tax Investigator at the same company. Joana's most recent position was at OST sh.a- Operatori i Sistemit të Transmetimit, where they held the title of Head of International Relations & PR and Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Joana Nano holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Tirana, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Teaching English at the same university, completing it from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, Joana obtained two certifications related to BEPS and Transfer Pricing Guidelines as well as Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution from OECD - OCDE. Joana then enrolled in the Albanian University and is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA), expected to be completed between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from the INSTITUTI I STUDIMEVE STRATEGJIKE DHE TRAJNIMEVE (FONDACION) "ISSAT," although the specific date is not provided.
