Saravanan Rajamanickam has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Technology Initiatives Group (TIG) at OST, Inc. since September 2001, focusing on service design, transition, operation, and improvement. Additionally, Saravanan has held the role of Senior Network Engineer at Optimal Solutions & Technologies since the same year, specializing in network design, administration, and server administration. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai (1993-1995) and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (1988-1992).
