Scott Arnold II

Scott Arnold II is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and military training management. As a Senior System Engineer at OST, Inc. since January 2023, Scott has contributed to life cycle project management activities and has provided engineering support for requirements analysis and testing within the DoD framework. Previously, Scott served as Lead Test Engineer and Subject Matter Expert at AVT Simulation, focusing on testing excellence and the integration of military training systems. Scott's tenure with Vanquish Worldwide included managing a Digital Training Management System for over 15,000 personnel, while earlier roles in the US Army involved operations management and training expertise. Scott holds an Associate of Arts degree from Central Texas College.
