Jack Farmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the agricultural technology sector. Currently serving as an Advisor at Ostara since January 2024, Jack provides strategic guidance to the management team following the company's spin-out from LettUs Grow. As a Co-Founder and Director of LettUs Grow since November 2015, Jack has held multiple leadership roles including Chief Scientific Officer, Head of Commercial, and Head of Operations, focusing on strategic partnerships and projects. Jack also contributed to the academic environment as Bristol Futures Co-Lead and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Bristol from July 2015 to April 2017. Jack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Bristol, earned between 2012 and 2015.
