Efuwa Quansah

Efuwa Quansah has significant work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Quansah is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Ostec IT, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Quansah worked at PEGAfrica as the Group Chief of Staff from May 2020 to December 2022 and as the Country Director from February 2018 to April 2020. Before PEGAfrica, Quansah was employed at Millicom, where they served as the Strategy and Business Planning Director from January 2016 to February 2018, and as the Head of Commercial Execution from February 2015 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, Quansah held the position of Head of Strategy and Planning at Blu Telecommunications from August 2013 to January 2015. Quansah also worked at Vodafone Ghana as the Fixed Business Manager and later as the Projects Manager in Marketing from September 2011 to August 2013. Beginning their career at Cisco Systems Inc., Quansah served as the IBLM Services Enablement Project Manager from September 2009 to August 2011, and as the Grow Services Project Manager from September 2007 to September 2009. Quansah also had a graduate internship at Cisco from November 2006 to July 2007, where they gained experience in program management. Prior to that, Quansah worked as an intern at A.T. Kearney in the Information Research Centre from March 2004 to June 2004.

Efuwa Quansah holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Advanced Management Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, which was obtained in 2007. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Business and Technology from Vesalius College, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Efuwa Quansah's secondary education was completed at Wesley Girls' High School, where they obtained their SSSCE qualification in General Science, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Advanced Mathematics between 1997 and 2000.
