Sheena Arias

Sheena Arias has over a decade of experience in recruitment and sales. Sheena began their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom, where they were elected to attend and participate in the Future Nordstrom Leaders management program. In 2010, they joined Tom James Company as a Sales Assistant and Global IT Resources Inc. as a SharePoint Recruiter. Sheena then moved on to Odesus as a Technical Recruiter, followed by Prosum as a Technical Recruiter from 2012 to 2016. Sheena then joined Kinect LLC as a Talent Agent and M.E. Weaver & Associates as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, Sheena joined OSTechnical as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, and in 2021 they founded Mindful Talent Connections as a Sr. Recruiter/Founder.

Sheena Arias is currently enrolled at San Francisco State University, studying Radio and Television. Sheena has also obtained a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from the Long Beach School of Yoga in December 2019, as well as a RYT 200 certification from Yoga Alliance in the same month. Additionally, they have a Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS.
