Hsin Chang Liao

Hsin Chang Liao has a strong background in optical process engineering and R&D process engineering. They worked as a Sr. Optical Process Engineer at Ostendo Technologies from 2015 onwards, where they were responsible for defining product-level manufacturing strategies, creating statements of work, and representing Manufacturing Operations during design review and decisions. Prior to that, they held the role of R&D Process Engineer at OmniVision Technologies, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. In this role, their responsibilities included lens and camera module specifications, testing, and evaluation. They also worked as a Lithography R&D process engineer at Visera Technologies from 2007 to 2011, where they performed reliability tests on CMOS sensors.

Hsin Chang Liao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Chung Yuan Christian University from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemistry from the same university.
