Elisabetta Graff

Elisabetta holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Parma, Italy. A native of Mantova, Italy, Elisabetta moved to California in 1995 and has spent her entire professional career of 25 years at Snaidero USA, Inc., a leading importer and distributor of high-end kitchen cabinets and case goods from Italy with operations in California, Florida, and New York (the Company). In her role as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, Elisabetta is responsible for developing the Company budget and financial projections, managing treasury functions, reporting on financial activities, developments and results to the President and Chief Executive Officer, building and maintaining strong relationship with financial institutions to plan and achieve the Company’s short term and long term financing requirements, communicating with insurance partners, and support outside accounting firm in the preparation of year’s end financial statements and tax filing.

Elisabetta’s responsibilities go well beyond the finance function and cover other critical areas of Company management such as Human Resources (HR). In this role, she oversees hiring, preparing and reporting payroll, selecting and managing health and retirement benefits, undertaking compliance in disciplinary actions and discharge as well as maintaining a direct line oversight of outside legal counsel. In addition to leading on several critical long-term operational goals of the Company, Elisabetta participates in pivotal strategic initiatives within the Executive Leadership Team.
