Matt Tait

Matt Tait has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt started their career as a PE Teacher in the Quincy School District in 2010. Matt then moved on to become the PEP Grant Director in the same district before transitioning to the Waterville School District as an Athletic Director and Dean of Students. In 2016, they joined the Royal High School as an Athletic Director and Strength and Conditioning Teacher/Coach, a role they held until 2022. During this time, they also served as the Athletic Director for the Royal School District. In 2018, they joined the Nick McLean Real Estate Group as a Real Estate Broker, focusing on building a reliable and accountable team. Matt later became the President and Owner of OsteoStrong in Eastern Washington State. In 2020, they joined Caldwell Banker Cascade as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, where they provided access to homes in North Central Washington. Most recently, they joined the Sultan School District as an Elementary PE Teacher in August 2021.

Matt Tait earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Health and Fitness Teaching from Washington State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2013, they pursued further education at Central Washington University, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Athletic Administration in 2015.
