Allison O'Hanlon

Allison O'Hanlon has a significant work experience in various roles related to talent development, human resources, and organizational development. Allison has worked as the Vice President of People & Culture at Osterman & Company since 2018. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at Pernod Ricard from 2012 to 2018, including Vice President Talent Development, Career Development Director, and Commercial Capabilities & Development Lead. Before Pernod Ricard, they worked at Yale University in a Human Resources & Organizational Development role in 2012. Allison also has experience working at Diageo, Terlato Wines, Allied Domecq Spirits/Pernod Ricard, and Brown Forman in various human resources and training roles.
