Elin Dahm

Elin Dahm has extensive experience in educational and municipal leadership roles. Currently serving as Näringslivschef at Östhammars kommun since October 2018, Elin previously held positions as Förvaltningschef at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Rektor at Uppsala kommun from August 2012 to September 2018 and at Thoren Business School from August 2009 to August 2012. Earlier in the career, Elin worked as a Gymnasielärare at Thoren Business School from 2007 to 2009. Elin holds a Rektorsexamen and an advanced level Lärarexamen in History from Uppsala University, and also completed the PWC Toppledarprogrammet from September 2021 to April 2022.
