Dominic Adshead

Dominic Adshead is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in application support and incident management. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Engineer at OSTTRA since September 2021, Dominic manages production and UAT systems, oversees source and change control, and ensures system uptime through proactive monitoring. Previous roles include IT Support Engineer at IHS Markit, Technical Support Specialist at Wolters Kluwer TeamMate Audit Solutions, and Product Support Analyst at Dealogic, where Dominic developed a strong background in managing high-pressure client support situations and coordinating incident resolution.
