Balkrishn Kumawat

Balkrishn Kumawat has extensive experience in the chemical and fertilizer industries, currently serving as Shift Incharge in the DAP/NPK Plant at Ostwal Group of Industries since January 2022. In this role, Balkrishn focuses on enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, ensuring product quality, and managing safety protocols. Prior experience includes a similar position at Madhya Bharat Agro Products Ltd, where responsibilities included monitoring process parameters and troubleshooting. Balkrishn also gained foundational experience as a Junior Engineer at Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, contributing to a 150 TPD Sulphuric acid plant. Balkrishn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute.
